Combining a busy professional career along with a full family life can feel like you are juggling so many balls at once. There are occasions where we can just about keep everything in the air but it does not take much for balls to start to fall.

When the balls drop we feel inadequate, we blame ourselves and we feel like we are struggling to survive let alone thrive. Yet we all know people who seem to have it all together and life looks effortless but do they really or do they just know the strategies, tips and techniques to build a positive relationship with time.
